At McFarlane, our mission is to provide access to nature for our community. Part of that mission is to focus on Piedmont-native plants and trees to support the environment and introduce visitors to native options.
Our nature programs include visits from our county arborist who provides a Walk N Talk, the Bluebird man, and the head of the Great SE Pollinator Census.
Volunteers provide many services to the Park.
A team of Master Gardeners welcome other gardeners on Tuesday mornings to plant and maintain the native plant gardens. Local church members, on their Great Day of Service, mulch the many trails.
Your generous donations help us maintain the beauty of McFarlane Nature Park. Every contribution supports our efforts to preserve native plants and provide a welcoming space for the community. Join us in making a difference today!
